Embedded Systems Engineering Manager

This new management role is to create, develop and grow a new product and embedded systems engineering team based at Kromek’s headquarters in Sedgefield, though the role will require extensive travel and communications with teams in Huddersfield, Pennsylvania and California.

This team would have responsibility for taking proven design concepts through all product development stages to final release for manufacture. They would also have responsibility for the preparation of test procedures for manufacture and undertaking all qualification testing as well as product and design documentation.

Project Manager

Kromek US subsidiary, eV Products, is seeking a Project Manager (PM) who will be responsible for the timely and cost effective execution of medium sized electro-mechanical projects. Working directly with the engineering and production staffs, the PM will utilize both technical understanding and project management techniques to ensure accurate completion of the defined deliverables. The PM will effectively plan, drive execution and provide oversight to monitor and control activities from project initiation through closeout. The role requires a strong technical background as projects will involve either the development of new products or technologies in the field of radiation detection systems.
